On June 21, 2023, New Life International School joined millions around the world in celebrating International Yoga Day. The school organized a special event for all students and staff, which included a yoga demonstration, meditation session, and discussion on the benefits of yoga.


Yoga is an ancient practice that has been shown to have a wide range of benefits for both physical and mental health. It can help to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. Yoga can also help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and promote relaxation and well-being.


At New Life International School, we believe that yoga is an important part of a holistic education. We encourage our students to practice yoga regularly, and we offer a variety of yoga classes throughout the year.


Our International Yoga Day celebration was a great opportunity for our students to learn more about yoga and experience its many benefits. The event was a success, and we are proud to have participated in this global initiative.
